An in-kind/product sponsor is a partner who supports your event by providing goods instead of cash. For example, a beverage company might donate drinks. In-kind sponsorships help reduce event expenses while giving sponsors valuable visibility and brand alignment!

A monetary sponsor is a partner who provides direct financial support for your event. Instead of donating products or services, they contribute funds that help cover costs like marketing, entertainment, production, or venue expenses.

When brands partner with nonprofits, it’s more than sponsorship, it’s impact. By supporting nonprofit events and initiatives, companies align their name with a cause that matters, showcase social responsibility, and connect with audiences on a deeper level.
We request that events be submitted at least 60 days in advance for in-kind sponsorships and 90 days in advance for monetary sponsorships. If your event is sooner than these timelines, please contact us before proceeding.
You will receive an intake form after your purchase, which must be completed and returned before we begin sponsorship outreach. The form will request basic event details such as the event name, date, time, and shipping address for product.
To help keep our prices affordable, phone support is limited to the initial consultation. After that, we will notify you by email whenever a sponsor shows interest or if a brand has questions. If you need to request changes or have questions at any time, you are always welcome to email us.
If the brand is a monetary sponsor, we will turn the brand over to you. If the brand is a product donation sponsor, you will just receive donation supply along with tracking numbers of product being sent.

While we aim for the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee sponsorships, as results depend on factors such as your event type, location, and audience. Ultimately, it is up to each brand to determine whether your event aligns with their goals; our role is to present your event for their consideration.
